The company is made up of partners, Victor M. Cipolla and Paul N. Evenson. Both are life-long Spokane natives with over 40 years of combined building experience, and with great understanding of the area's unique building challenges. Quality construction and a close relationship with customers, architects, designers and subcontractors defines CEC as one of Spokane's premier home builders. Individual attention to each project is reflected in the final exceptional product. Victor and Paul are on site and hands on everyday to ensure close attention to detail.
